Starting with a naturally fallen, solid English Devon oak limb with an impressive 35 cm circumference, this piece retains all of nature’s organic twists and character. It is paired with an exceptionally sturdy 5 cm thick live-edge solid oak slab base, precision-stabilised with striking black resin detail and fitted with adjustable levelling feet to ensure rock-solid stability on any flooring surface.
We wrap our scratching columns in heavy-duty 12 mm natural sisal rope, wound tightly under immense tension across an expansive vertical scratching zone bespoke to each individual limb.
This ultra-thick sisal rope lasts for years and delivers the firm, rugged resistance that large cats naturally crave. Hand-finished in nourishing natural oils and protective varnish to accentuate the deep oak grain, this heirloom piece will look stunning in any luxury interior for decades.
