Due to the unique nature of natural wood, each piece features distinct grain patterns, colour variations, and natural characteristics. These natural variations are a feature of handmade woodwork, not defects.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Full payment is required at the time of placing your order.
Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Delivery

Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on crafting times and courier services.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that full and accurate delivery address details are provided at checkout.

5. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Standard items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Custom, bespoke, or made-to-order creations cannot be cancelled or returned once crafting has begun, unless delivered damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can resolve the issue promptly.
