Unlike mass-produced pet items, our Artisan Cat Trees are built around the natural contours of a sustainably sourced Solid Oak trunk, ensuring a truly unique structure for your cat to explore, climb, and rest. Its balanced design offers both a high, secluded vantage point and a secondary resting area.
Please Note: Each tree is unique. While the functional layout and quality remain consistent, the Solid Oak trunk used will feature its own organic shape and grain. The wood tone may vary from Light, Medium, to Dark Oak. No two trees are identical.
 
Key Features & Design Philosophy
Integrated Rest & Custom Comfort: The Two-Level Oak Haven is a bespoke Two-Cat Design, featuring two distinct, luxurious sleeping spots. The configuration of these two areas is unique to the tree pictured, utilising a combination of either two Wicker Basket Beds, two Solid Oak Platforms, or one of each. All sleeping surfaces are sumptuously lined with your choice of material: authentic, ultra-soft sheepskin (available in Otter Brown or Cream) or a super soft Puff Ball Bed alternative (available in Coffee or Cream). This ensures the highest level of comfort and warmth. The standard 16-inch basket is perfectly sized for one cat. If a basket is included, you can choose from three distinct basket styles (Taper Open, Armchair Open, or Cave Bed) to suit your cat's specific lounging preference.
 
Basket Sizing: Upgrade options (18-inch and 20-inch) may be available for this specific tree, dependent on the natural stability and shape of the oak limb. Check the 'Detailed Specifications' below to see if larger baskets are listed for this unique piece. The 18-inch basket is ideal for two cats who love to snuggle, while the 20-inch basket accommodates extra-large breeds like Maine Coons, Savannahs, Norwegian Forest or up to three average sized cats to share.
 
Optional Solid Oak Scratcher: Enhance your tree with our highly durable, separate Solid Oak Scratcher (available as an add-on). This option is dependent on the natural shape of the oak limb and may not be available for every unique piece. Check the 'Detailed Specifications' below for availability on this specific tree. It features high-density, 12mm natural Sisal rope for satisfying vertical scratching. The scratcher uses our easy-release system, allowing you to utilise our professional re-sisal service or replace the sisal yourself.
 
Zero Hassle Setup & Delivery: Arrives fully assembled and ready for immediate use. As this is a large, bespoke piece, it is delivered in a custom-built wooden crate via specialist courier (ourselves) or pallet service. No tools, confusing instructions, or frustrating assembly required—however, due to the tree's size and weight in the custom crate, we strongly recommend two people are present for unwrapping and final placement.

Solid Stability: Built on a weighty polished, wide oak base slab to ensure unparalleled stability. For ultimate peace of mind, each base is fitted with discrete, adjustable feet to ensure stability on any flooring type, from thick carpet to uneven wood. The exceptional quality of the Solid Oak trunk provides beautiful visual appeal and robust support.
 
Finished for Life: Treated with natural protective oils that penetrate the wood, preserving its character and enhancing the rich grain. A light protective varnish is applied to ensure maximum longevity and durability.
 
 
Care and Maintenance
Wood: Wipe the oak down gently with a damp cloth; avoid harsh chemical cleaners.
Wicker/Basket (Sheepskin): The sheepskin lining should be regularly shaken out and brushed. For spills, spot clean only using a mild wool-safe detergent.
Wicker/Basket (Puff Ball): The Puff Ball lining should be regularly shaken out. It is suitable for gentle machine washing on a cool, wool-safe cycle.
Sheepskin Platform: The authentic sheepskin layer is easily removed via Velcro. It should be regularly shaken out and brushed. For spills, spot clean only using a mild wool-safe detergent.
